We are a husband-and-wife real estate team who have been coming to the Baja for several years before moving to Pescadero/Cerritos Beach full-time in 2022. With dozens of years of experience in the US luxury real estate market and real estate development, we bring an unparalleled level of sophistication to this area.
We understand the unique challenges that purchasing in a foreign country presents and we know the best way to meet that challenge. We bring in-depth knowledge of the area and the variety of available properties, an extensive network of highly trusted professionals with whom we have completed many purchases, and a dedication to transparency and providing our clients the knowledge they need to make the best decision. Co-FounderWith over 30 years experience in managing large construction and safety projects for a Fortune 25 oil and gas company, Ron brings a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to project manage the development and construction of Contigo Ventures’ real estate projects.

Co-FounderKarina has over 25+ years experience in real estate from developing condo projects to being an owner in several Keller Williams Realty franchises. She is the principal of an exclusive residential sales team that serves high end clients from Denver to Aspen and Cabo. Having attended the prestigious Parsons School of Design, Karina previously designed the interiors of and managed the completion of private jet interiors and through that experience became a part of Oprah Winfrey’s personal staff, working on her personal jet as a cabin manager and designing her private jet interior.
